The students of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur embarked on a refreshing journey to Gangrel Dam, Dhamtari, on 21/12/23 for a day filled with camaraderie, laughter, and memorable experiences. The Educational tour and Picnic Committee organized this picnic with an aim to provide a break from academic routines and foster a sense of unity among the students. The picnic took place on a bright and sunny day at the picturesque Gangrel Dam in Dhamtari. The sprawling landscapes and serene waters of the dam set the perfect backdrop for a day of fun and relaxation. A total of 301 students, along with faculty members participated in the picnic. The diverse group included students from various departments, creating an environment for cross-grade bonding and friendships. The day was brimming with exciting water activities such as boat rides, Jetski, Kayaking, and water cycling. These activities not only provided enjoyment but also encouraged teamwork and cooperation among the students. Gangrel Dam, with its lush greenery and pristine waters, offered a breathtaking backdrop for the picnic.
